Add endpoint documentation for:
- Groups: CRUD, member management (7 endpoints)
- mTLS Roles: CRUD, certificate assignment (7 endpoints)
- Forward Auth: per-host access lists, session management (5 endpoints)

Also add Group and MtlsRole schemas to components.
