Creates tailwind.config.ts, postcss.config.mjs, components.json, src/lib/utils.ts (cn helper), replaces globals.css with CSS variable theme, adds suppressHydrationWarning to html element, and replaces MUI ThemeProvider with next-themes ThemeProvider + sonner Toaster.
