fix: replace screenshots with clean demo data

All screenshots now use completely fake data (*.example.com domains,
generic usernames, synthetic traffic). Analytics shows populated charts,
country heatmap, WAF events, protocol breakdown, and user agent stats.
No personal/real data in any screenshot.
