- Result: Container charon-e2e healthy, health endpoint responding
- Playwright (Firefox): FAIL
- Command: npx playwright test --project=firefox
- Result: 169 failed, 544 passed, 22 did not run
- Primary failure: Timeout waiting for dashboard container or main role
- Example: tests/phase4-uat/07-backup-recovery.spec.ts (beforeEach waitForSelector timeout)

- Proxy host dropdown tests timing out or strict-mode violations
- User management invite copy button not found
- Backup guest visibility checks failing
- wait-helpers URL navigation timeout
