Date: 2026-02-11 Scope: Security notification 404 fix verification and Definition of Done testing

• Rebuild E2E environment: PASS
  • Command: .github/skills/scripts/skill-runner.sh docker-rebuild-e2e
  • Result: Container charon-e2e healthy, health endpoint responding
• Playwright (Firefox): FAIL
  • Command: npx playwright test --project=firefox
  • Result: 169 failed, 544 passed, 22 did not run
  • Primary failure: Timeout waiting for dashboard container or main role
    • Example: tests/phase4-uat/07-backup-recovery.spec.ts (beforeEach waitForSelector timeout)
  • Additional failures include:
    • Proxy host dropdown tests timing out or strict-mode violations
    • User management invite copy button not found
    • Backup guest visibility checks failing
    • wait-helpers URL navigation timeout
