Remove the "Remaining Contract Tasks" document for the Charon project, which outlined high-priority and medium-priority backend tasks, frontend tasks, CI & linting requirements, documentation updates, and acceptance criteria. This document is no longer needed as the tasks have been completed or are being tracked elsewhere.
