chore: comprehensive update to ignore files
Updated .gitignore, .dockerignore, and .codecov.yml to properly exclude:
- Python artifacts (__pycache__, .venv, coverage)
- Node artifacts (node_modules, dist, coverage, .vite)
- Go artifacts (*.out, coverage files)
- Database files (*.db, *.sqlite)
- IDE files (.vscode, .idea)
- Build artifacts and temporary files
- Documentation and scripts from Docker context
- Test files from codecov analysis
